The basics

A social media scheduler with a built-in AI agent: write once, publish or schedule to 21 platforms, read engagement back, and optionally see which posts made money.
No. It is an optional add-on and it is off for new workspaces. With it off, seenpaid is a complete scheduler: composer, calendar, bulk upload, autopilot, engagement and the agent all work. Turn it on any time under Settings → Attribution. See Turn on revenue attribution.
No. The getting-started journey is click-by-click. The only “code” anywhere is one optional script tag on your own site, and only if you turn on attribution and sell there.
Not a public one. The 7-day trial is the full product; see Create your account.
Yes. Every channel inherits the main caption until you edit it, and each has its own counter against that platform’s real limit. You can also translate the caption per account. See Publish & schedule.
Yes, until it publishes: caption, time, or both. Once it’s out the platforms already have it, so repost a new version instead.
seenpaid delivers the video to your TikTok drafts (inbox). Open TikTok, find the draft, write the caption there and tap Post. The caption you wrote in seenpaid is not sent, because TikTok’s draft endpoint accepts only the video. Video only, 64MB or under.

Platforms

21: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Mastodon, Discord, Telegram, Tumblr, Slack, WordPress, Ghost, Dev.to, Hashnode, Medium, Lemmy, Nostr and a webhook. Three carry conditions today: Instagram and Facebook connect only for accounts added to seenpaid’s Meta app (Meta’s review is in progress; full support is coming very soon), Pinterest connects today and Pins are coming very soon (waiting on Pinterest’s full API access), and X needs your own developer keys. Full table: Supported platforms.
X charges for API posting on your own developer account; that’s X’s pricing, not seenpaid’s. You paste your own X app keys and posting depends on credits on that X account. Every other platform posts at no extra cost.
13 of the 21: Bluesky, Mastodon, X, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Discord, Dev.to, Hashnode, WordPress, Lemmy and Nostr, each with whatever its API exposes (Discord is likes only, WordPress comments only, and so on). Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok need permissions seenpaid doesn’t currently hold; Slack, Telegram, Medium, Ghost and Webhook expose nothing to read. A missing number means “not reported”, never zero. Table: Engagement metrics.
Every 4 hours for a post’s first 48 hours, then daily until day 30. X is read once a day (X bills per read).

Reconnecting

Rarely. Facebook and Instagram Page tokens don’t expire, so those stay connected. Threads and Bluesky renew themselves (Bluesky falls back to your app password if its session lapses). LinkedIn is the exception: LinkedIn’s standard grant lasts 60 days with no refresh, so it needs a reconnect every 60 days; seenpaid emails you about a week before with a reconnect link. Other networks refresh their own tokens in the background.
The publish job refreshes the token once and retries. Only if the platform refuses the refresh does the account flip to needs reconnecting, with an email and a Reconnect button under Channels. A platform outage, rate limit or timeout never logs you out.
No. Reconnecting updates the existing account in place; your history and scheduled posts stay attached.

Billing

Yes, 7 days. You pick a plan and save a card to start it; you’re charged $0 today and the first charge is on day 8, only if you haven’t cancelled. One free trial per customer.
No. After the trial, a plan keeps the account running. Connecting accounts and publishing need an active trial or subscription.
Every plan has every feature. They differ only in connected social accounts: Solo 5 (19.99/mo),∗∗Multi−Brand∗∗15(19.99/mo), **Multi-Brand** 15 (39.99/mo), Omni unlimited ($69.99/mo). Yearly is ten months’ price. Revenue-source connections aren’t capped on any plan.
Settings → Billing → Cancel, any time. No call, no email. You keep access until the end of the period you’re in. Cancelling during the trial means you’re never charged.
Yes — Lifetime is $99.99 one-time (unlimited accounts, pay once). You can also earn it free via the referral ladder at 25 converted referrals.

Revenue attribution (optional)

A tracked link carries an id (cp_tid) from the click, through your site, into your payment provider (as client_reference_id on Stripe). When the payment webhook fires, seenpaid matches that id back to the click and the post. Full walkthrough: How attribution works.
Stripe (via Stripe Connect), plus Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Whop, Shopify, Paddle, Polar and Dodo Payments by webhook. See Connect a revenue source.
It’s recorded as revenue but left unattributed, never credited to a random post. Sales traced to a post on Results shows what share was traceable.
Yes. Recurring subscription invoices are attributed, and refunds and chargebacks are subtracted back out.
Posts go back to publishing with untouched links, Results shows engagement only, and the MCP money tools reply that attribution is off. Nothing is deleted; your clicks and sales come back when you turn it on again.

Privacy & AI agents

No. With attribution off, nothing is tracked at all. With it on, the cp_tid cookie is first-party on your own site; there’s no third-party cookie and no cross-site tracking network, and the pixel does nothing on a visit that didn’t come from a tracked link.
Yes. seenpaid ships an MCP server with 50 tools: an agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Hermes, or your own) can schedule, validate, bulk-plan, generate media and read results with an API key. Start with your first agent action. The revenue tools work once attribution is on; the rest work regardless.
Never. Every API key is scoped to one workspace, and the server is built fresh per request bound to that workspace. There is no cross-account access.
