Compose and publish
1
Open the composer
Click New post in the left rail. Write your caption.
2
Add media (optional, sometimes required)
Upload a file, pull one from a URL, or generate an image from a prompt. Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest reject text-only posts; TikTok needs a video.
3
Pick your channels
Select one or more connected accounts. Each channel shows its own character counter against that platform’s real limit, and seenpaid tells you before you publish if a caption is too long or media is missing.
4
Tailor per channel (optional)
Every channel inherits the main caption until you edit it. Shorten it for X’s 280 characters, keep the full text for LinkedIn, or translate it per account.
5
Publish now or schedule
Publish sends immediately. Or pick a date and time; scheduled posts go out on their own.
“Done” is a post showing published or scheduled under All posts. Open a published post to see the live URL on each platform and the exact error for any platform that failed.
Your links
With revenue attribution off (the default), links in your caption go out exactly as you wrote them. Nothing is rewritten. With it on, seenpaid replaces each link with a tracked one (or appends acp_tid parameter to your own URL, depending on the link mode you choose) so clicks and sales can be matched to the post. See Turn on revenue attribution.
Troubleshooting
It won't let me publish to a platform
It won't let me publish to a platform
The caption is over that platform’s limit, the platform requires media and none is attached, or the account needs reconnecting. seenpaid names the reason. Fix it, or drop that channel from the selection.
TikTok didn't post automatically
TikTok didn't post automatically
seenpaid sends the video to your TikTok drafts (inbox). Open TikTok, find the draft, write the caption there and tap Post. The caption you wrote in seenpaid is not sent, because TikTok’s draft endpoint doesn’t accept one. Video only, 64MB or under.
My scheduled post didn't go out
My scheduled post didn't go out
Open the post to see the per-platform result. The usual cause is an account that went into “needs reconnecting”; reconnect it under Channels and retry that platform from the post. See Troubleshooting.
